‘Good morning Nakita and Wayne,
I’m back from down in the Valley where it cut out of reception on Friday afternoon apologies or this email would have been sent as a priority first thing upon settlement on Friday.
Bear with me as I genuinely have a few things we really need to say..
I just really wanted to say a massive thank you for all of your hard work and for all of your support and efforts along the way that enabled us to individualise our properties to be able to sell them and exit one by one to enable us to exit from the private lender that we were previously with.
Your team work, support and your strategies enabled us to do what needed to be done to free us from financial crisis that we had no idea how to free ourselves from.
Both of your positions were so significantly important in our lives that you literally enabled us to save our home and put us in a position to be able to sell investments freeing them from being held by second mortgages the previous lender had put over them where we would not only have lost all of the properties including any equity but also the home where we belong.
I feel emotional writing this email as I don’t know if anyone can truly understand the emotional distress and hardship we have endured since originally being scammed and put in this position we landed in. Clearly we were in a very good financial position in life through no means but hard work we are simply an average working class family who were definitely preyed upon and who lost what to us was a very significant amount of money due to being naive vulnerable and trusting. We were definitely blind to what we’d been conned into that’s for sure and the impacts were devastating on our lives. We genuinely didn’t know where to turn or what to do.
When Nakita heard our story and reached out her knowledge of the process of what to do, her fierceness and dedication to help protect us and even her emotional support in every step of the journey from that point enabled us to trust someone that could help. After what we’ve been through, this was scary, but we needed to trust someone that worked in the industry, and we are so grateful that we found Nakita. We are so grateful that you had connections with Wayne at Marway Capital and that you knew a private lender that we could trust. We are so grateful to Wayne for allowing us the opportunity to exit the other lender, to individualise the properties again to allow us to sell and to save the home we call home, for his fairness and kindness and understanding when we had direct communications and for how easy he has been in the communications with you directly acting on our behalf as it was all too overwhelming for us. We also want to thank Wayne for his support with anything’s that’s been needed in the process of discharge which was completely opposite to what we had encountered from the previous private lender who wanted us to fail for their own gain. Thank you for believing in us Wayne and thankyou Nakita and Wayne for working together for us because without your teamwork, we know we genuinely would have lost it all and we are forever grateful.
